All Ramona residents are invited to attend the San Diego County Planning Commission meeting on Aug. 17 at 5201 Ruffin Rd., Suite B, San Diego.
The meeting, which begins at 9 a.m. will touch upon the Cumming Ranch Project. The heated topic is on the agenda for county approval.
The proposed project will add another 125 homes to an area near Highland Valley Road and SR 67.

The project remains a controversy as it will impact the Ramona Grasslands. Ramona residents are concerned the project will also create additional fire evacuation impacts and increase traffic.
Supporters and opposers alike are encouraged to attend the planning commission meeting.
