A Ramona man who was thrown from a vehicle that rolled at high speed Sunday has been identified by the Medical Examiner as Mark Andrew Jones, 52.
Jones died at the scene after suffering "obvious fatal trauma," according to the report. The incident happened in the 1160 block of Ashley Road, near 7th Street, and Jones was pronounced dead at 3:18 p.m.
and Jones was ejected, according to the CHP.
The driver, Harold Green, 49, of Ramona and the front seat passenger were hospitalized. Green will face felony DUI charges, a CHP spokesman Brian Pennings reported Monday. Green was listed in fair condition Monday at Palomar Medical Center, a hospital spokesman reported.
