Ramona Crime: Felon With a Silencer; ROTC Fake Firearm Stolen
The following recent incidents were reported at the Ramona Sheriff's Department substation.
Nov. 13
Vandalism- 100 block Ramona St- smashed window.
Nov. 14
Obstruct/resist officer- Main St. @ 10th St- 20-year-old male booked.
Commercial burglary- 15600 block Davis Cup Ln- Athletic equipment valued at $540 stolen.
Marijuana sales, willful cruelty to a child- 25000 block Poderio Dr- 45-year-old male booked, juvenile also arrested.
Petty theft- 24700 block Watt Rd- four items valued at $236.
Nov. 15
Petty theft- 600 Main St- cell phone taken.
Nov. 16
Vehicular burglary- A fake rifle was stolen from the ROTC trailer at Ramona High School overnight.
Nov. 17
Stolen vehicle- 600 block 10th St- taken with construction equipment valued at $500.
Nov. 19
Assault with a deadly weapon (not firearm)- 900 block Haverford Rd- 54-year-old male found with sever lacerations.
Felon/addict is possession of a firearm, silencer- Main St @ 7th St- 34-year-old male booked, 20-year-old female also booked for being under the influence of controlled substance.
