Spring is a busy time for the Ramona Ag Boosters, as our Ag kids are preparing for various upcoming fairs. There are many events scheduled such as a food booth at the Valley Center Rodeo, and our 1st Annual Ag Boosters Trail/Poker Ride Fundraiser. Proceeds from all of the events go to help support the Ramona FFA and local 4H Chapters.
Our 1st Annual Trail/Poker Ride is slated for Saturday, June 2, at the International Equestrian Center in the San Diego Country Estates. Check in starts at 7:30am and the cost is $35 per rider($30 for kids 12 and under), which includes breakfast or lunch and one raffle ticket. Additional raffle tickets will also be available for purchase. Some of the prizes up for grabs include, Padres tickets, manicure gift certificates, D’Carlos gift cards, and auto care certificates. There will be beginner and intermediate guided trail rides. Come and enjoy a fun day and help to support the kids involved in the various Ag programs in our community.
The Ramona Ag Boosters will be serving food at the Valley Center Rodeo on May 25th and 26th. Pulled Pork and Tri-Tip sandwiches are just a couple of the goodies that they will offer. Come on over and support our kids!

As the school year comes to a close, the Ramona Ag Boosters wants to congratulate our graduating Seniors and remind them that the Ramona Ag Boosters are accepting applications for scholarships.
