Free Falun Gong Meditation/Qigong Class

Join us for a free class to learn the meditation exercises of Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa). The exercises look similar to Tai Chi, are slow-moving and don't require flexibility or physical strength.

Benefits of Falun Gong include:
-Relieving stress and creating harmony
-Improving health and cleansing the body
-Increasing wisdom and improving morality

Falun Gong is based on the principles of Truth, Compassion, and Tolerance. Practitioners learn to let go of negative thoughts and behaviors, and to view all conflicts not as difficulties but as opportunities to grow.
