Let’s see what’s offered in Ramona, to reclaim your health and live your best life. This not-to-be missed event will take place on Feb. 23, (in the event of rain, date will be March 2, 2013) at Ramona Oaks Park (25386 Pappas Rd.) from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
There will be information/product booths, hands-on demonstrations, exercise/nutrition tips and of course, raffle prizes.
The event will have a “kick off” Kid’s Fun Run. Join us at Ramona Oaks Park where the run will take place with a two lap course inside the park area.
Race check-in begins at 9 a.m. with the start time at 10 a.m. This is a great way to begin your racing career or to just get in some spring exercise. Awards will be given.
You can obtain a registration form for this FREE run at the Recreation Center in the park.
