Meet a Ghost Hunting Author and Join in an Investigation at the Julian Jail

A Halloween event at Unicorn Books on Oct. 30 features the author of Ghosthunting Southern California giving a presentation on her travels, followed by a real ghost investigation open to the public at the Julian Jail.

Press Release from Unicorn Books and Gifts

Unicorn Books and Gifts, 738 Main Street, will be hosting a Halloween Eve Event on Wednesday, October 30 at 6pm, featuring Sally Richards, author of Ghosthunting Southern California.

Join Sally Richards, author of Ghosthunting Southern California, for a wild romp through Southern California's most haunted locations where she joined paranormal teams to investigate the history, myths and legends of more than thirty locations open to the public. This talk will be accompanied by a slide show of the evidence Sally and others found with high-tech equipment that is proof positive that there is life after death and we can communicate with those beyond death's veil.

Have you ever seen a full-body apparition? You will by the end of this event. Sally will also have some of her equipment on-hand and show you how to use it.

After the event, please feel free to join the car caravan to the Julian Jail where Sally will be demonstrating how to investigate a location. Make sure to bring a tape recorder and camera to capture your own evidence! She'll show you the techniques she used to capture the evidence you've seen earlier at the talk.
