The Ramona Community Planning Area "Community Protection and Evacuation Plan" was produced as a collaborative effort by several San Diego county agencies in 2005, and then revised in 2011. It is available on DVD.
Agencies who collaborated are: Ramona Community Planning Group, Ramona Outback Amateur Radio Service (ROARS), Ramona Fire Department/CalFire, Ramona CERT, Sheriff's Department, County Department of Animal Services, American Red Cross and County Office of Emergency Services.
