All interested community organizations and the public are welcome to attend. Each community's committee consists of the Chamber of Commerce, Friends of the Library and a wide array of Community Planning Groups. County staff work with the Committee to resolve those issues for which the County has available Programs. Critical projects are prioritized, then each Committee along with county staff develop plans for future funding. The goal of the Program is to empower community representatives to play a leadership role in resolving issues and directing change in the community in which they live and work.
