Tennis competitor Leland Rolling and his family are getting their lives in Ramona back in order and resting after enduring the aftermath of the 6.3 quake.

Leland Rolling, a tennis player who competed in the Dubler Cup ITF Senior World Championships in Christchurch, New Zealand, before the 6.3 earthquake rocked the city, reports that he and his family are "still recovering" now that they are home in Ramona.

The Rollings were reported to have stayed in a Red Cross shelter in Christchurch, along with other U.S. team members. The earthquake caused a death toll of 148. At least one third of the city's central business district had to be demolished due to its instability.

New Zealand is in the Pacific Ring of Fire earthquake zone and is approximately 20 hours ahead of California. The flight to New Zealand is about 12 hours long.
