Ramona Men Take First and Fourth All-Around Cowboy Places in Rodeo

Ropers Cameron Elston and Mason Malone took home the honors and a total of about $2,700 in prize money between them

Ramona's own Cameron Elston won first prize as all-around cowboy at the Ramona Rodeo over the weekend, event organizer Joani Georgeson told Ramona Patch.

"He basically won the rodeo!" she said, with a big smile.

Elston is a Ramona High School graduate and was a California High School Rodeo Association tie-down champion the past two years, his mother, Teresa Elston, confirmed.
