Undefeated Bulldogs Football Team to Honor Breast Cancer Survivors

The team is looking for local survivors to take part in Friday's game.

The undefeated Ramona Bulldog football team will be honoring breast cancer survivors at their home game on Friday, October 18, and is looking for local survivors interested in taking part in lining the tunnel as the team takes the field.

The Bulldogs take on the Poway Titans 7 p.m. at Ramona High School. They are 6-0 for the season, ranked second in CIF Division I, second in the San  Diego section, and 18th in the state. The Bulldogs varsity team shutout the Rancho Bernardo Broncos in front of a packed crowd at the homecoming game last week, 30-0!

Survivors in the community that would like to participate should contact RHS Teacher Bob Richardson at brichardson@ramonausd.net.

"This should be an incredible evening of recognition and football," Ramona School District Superintendent Robert Graeff wrote in an email.  "Faith-Hope-Courage: It's time to fight!"
