Back Country Wine Tour

Visit three new, award-winning wineries at this Back Country Wine Tour:

• La Serenissima in Sunshine Summit
• Milagro Farms Vineyards & Winery
• Lenora Winery in Ramona

The tour will start with wine tasting and cheese tasting at Schaesdall Winery at 10 a.m., with cheese from Bravo Farms. Country Inn Catering will prepare lunch at La Serenissima, with dishes like tri-tip and chicken along with BBQ fare of beans, salad and rolls.

All wines will be discounted 10 percent.

From there, the tour will continue on to La Serenissima Winery in Sunshine Summit. Tony Tiso will present their excellent wines for tasting.

From La Seremissima, you will travel to Milagro Farm Vineyards and Winery. This winery is a fairly new winery and is beautifully situated in rolling hills with oak trees on the way down the hill from Julian. The winemaker is Jim
Hart who is also the winemaker for Hart Winery.

The last stop will be Lenora Winery in Ramona. Eric Metz, the owner and winemaker will present his wines, many of which are award winning.
