We always try to support our local Ramona businesses. However, almost every time I've inquired about a product in this store, it's been a hassle. Lack of product knowledge by sales staff or any sense of urgency to satisfy the customer's needs are disturbing and extremely frustrating. Therefore, the $1800 on a new washer & dryer, and $300 on a lawn tractor cart and leaf blower that I spent recently went to the Westfield - N. County (Escondido) store instead. THEY were efficient and very pleasant to work with. Don't know how the Ramona store even stays in business. Disappointing.
