El Michoacan Serves the Best Burrito in Ramona, Says Readers Choice Poll

Linda Cervantes, answering the phone, didn’t have time to talk at lunchtime Friday at El Michoacan Mexican Food at 780 Main St.

And no wonder.

It was rush hour at the 29-year-old Ramona restaurant.

So no surprise it won this week’s Readers Choice poll for serving the best burrito in town.

Cervantes, the daughter of owner Emilia Cervantes, said the most popular burrito at El Michoacan is the carne asada.

Runners-up in the best local burrito poll were Manana's Mexican Food  and La Cocina.
