RMWD Preview: Local University Water Management Certificate Program and Budget Talk

The Feb. 12 meeting will give the public a presentation of the water meter functionality.

The Ramona Municipal Water District will meet at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Community Center for its second meeting of February.

The Feb. 26 meeting will discuss budgets, ordinances and will have closed session at the end with "anticipated litigation" with legal counsel.

The board will also discuss a resolution of support for the development of a water management certificate program at California State University, San Marcos.

Channel 10News is running an investigative piece on the local water district tonight at 5 p.m. regarding unusually high one-time water fees. It is unknown if the board will address the story at tomorrow's meeting.

The Board of Directors meets at 2 p.m. at 434 Aqua Lane. The public is invited to attend the meeting.

Check the attached PDF for the meeting's full agenda or find it online here.
