Oct. 15: Arson, defrauding an innkeeper of $950 or less, Denny's, 1900 block of Main Street, 2:05 p.m., currency $19.96, miscellaneous papers burned, $1.

Oct. 15: Vandalism of a vehicle, 1500 block of Montecito Road, 12:45 p.m. $300.

Oct. 15: Petty theft, 100 block of N. 14th Street, 1:30 to 2:30 a.m., computer, wallet, purse, credit cards, identification card or documents, cell phone, $610.

Oct. 14: Warrant arrest, 100 block of Ramona Street, 7:32 p.m., Eduardo Romero, age 47,  was arrested and booked into San Diego Central Jail.

Oct. 13: Convicted person on suspicion of possession of a handgun and ammunition, 1600 Montecito Road, 9:27 p.m. Enrique Rios, age 22, was booked into San Diego Central Jail.

Oct. 13: Burglary of a vehicle and assault with a deadly weapon, 16800 block of Daza Drive, 3:45 p.m., two victims—one with major injuries. Stolen: computer, $800.

Oct. 13: Petty theft, 1500 block of Hanson Lane, 3 to 4 p.m., cell phone, $700.

Oct. 12: Grand theft, 15800 block of Davis Cup Lane, 2 to 3 p.m., athletic equipment, logging equipment, tools, lock, miscellaneous, $3,092.

Oct. 11 to Oct. 13: Petty theft, 400 block of 14th  Street, passport, identification card or documents, miscellaneous papers, $420.

Oct. 11: Burglary of vehicle, Highway 67 and Mt. Woodson Road, 5:45 to 6:30 p.m., miscellaneous stolen, $1,750.

Oct. 11: Grand theft, 1500 block of Barnett Road, 10:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., household goods, currency, keys, identification card or documentation, $19,102.

Oct. 11: Petty theft, 17300 Dos Picos Park Road, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., auto parts, fixtures, $500.

Oct. 10: Arrest on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, providing false identification to a peace officer and violation of parole, 1300 Main St., 11:59 a.m. Galen Sayre, age 24, was booked into San Diego Central Jail.

Oct. 10: Arrest on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, Highland Valley Road and Adienne Way, 11 a.m. Amber Kenney, age 23, was cited and released on a misdemeanor.

Oct. 7: Arrest on warrant and suspicion of receiving known stolen property, possession of controlled substances and hypodermic needle/syringe, driving with a suspeneded driver's license and being armed with a loaded automatic handgun, 400 block of Main Street, 2:25 p.m. John Romero, age 46, was arrested and booked into San Diego Central Jail.
