Lakeside Man Found Behind Dumpster Died of Meth, Heroin

The Medical Examiner reports that Billy Charles Hileman's death was an accident. Hileman's body was found off Wildcat Canyon Road on April 1.

The results of an autopsy on a Lakeside man whose body was found behind a dumpster off Wildcat Canyon Road in April indicate he died of heroin and methamphetamine intoxication, according to the Medical Examiner's office.

Hileman's body was found up a driveway in the 12000 block of rural Lakeside, near Muth Valley Road, on April 1, according to the Medical Examiner's website. He was a white male, age 41, who lived in San Diego.

The Sheriff's Department homicide team investigated the case. No obvious signs of trauma were reported. The death was deemed an accident.
