Woman Dies After Call for 'Serious Medical Aid' at Ramona ARCO Station

Sheriff's Department says it was assisting the Fire Department with woman who needed help.

A woman died Friday morning after a call for medical aid was made at the Ramona ARCO gas station, authorities say.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department said they received a call at 8:20 a.m. this morning for "medical assistance" at the 1000 block of Main Street.

Lt. Anthony Ray told Patch that the Sheriff's Department was assisting the fire department with a female who needed help. Ray said that the woman was reported deceased, but that that there are "no signs of foul play."

Ramona Fire Department/Cal Fire Station 80 said they couldn't give any other information other than that the medical call was for "serious medical aid."
