Bystanders got her out of her vehicle, Barona Fire reported.
Traffic from San Diego Country Estates had to turn back Thursday morning after an accident on Wildcat Canyon Road on Barona Indian Reservation.
A black pick-up truck rolled over at about 8:30 a.m., blocking the southbound lane near Barona Speedway.
Bystanders were able to get the driver— a woman about age 60—out of the vehicle, Barona Fire Chief Randy Sandoval told Patch. Barona Fire paramedics took her to Sharp Memorial Hospital.

No other vehicles were involved and there were no passengers. The woman was wearing her seat belt, Sandoval said. The road was wet but it was not raining at the time, he said.
The County Public Works Department responded to clean up spilled gasoline and oil. CHP was also on scene.
