A woman in Ramona has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, according to U-T San Diego.

Brooke Fantelli is accusing a BLM ranger for "excessive force" during an incident in an Imperial County desert last year. The lawsuit also claims the ranger discriminated against her because she is transgender, according to the newspaper.

The incident was recorded and posted on YouTube.
