A two-vehicle accident blocked Dye Road Sunday night. There were no injuries.

People heading out for a pre-Valentine's Day dinner Sunday night along Dye Road had to turn back and take another route due to an accident.

Two cars collided and the California Highway Patrol responded at 4:55 p.m.

Phillip Hare, 49, of Ramona was driving a Ford Mustang east on Dye Road when he collided with a Mazda driven by a 16-year-old Ramona girl, also going east, according to Highway Patrol spokesman Brian Pennings. No one was seriously injured.
