Jan 18: Possession of controlled substances/paraphernalia, 800 block A Street, four men ages 18 to 22, booked into San Diego Central Jail.

Jan. 17: Theft by use of access card, 1100 block 11th Street, $787.17.

Jan. 16: Vehicle burglary, 400 block Hughes St., 6:55 p.m., car window smashed—$1,000—stolen cargo, value not yet assessed.

Jan. 15: Vandalism, 100 block Ramona St., 9 p.m., light truck, $1,050.

Jan. 14 - Jan. 15: Vehicle burglary, 23300 block Barona Mesa Rd., stereo, sun glasses, wallet, ID card, credit & ATM cards, valued at $360.

Jan. 11: Under the influence and possession of narcotic controlled substances, 200 block Etcheverry St., 9:10 p.m., 31-year-old female arrested.

Jan. 11: Vandalism, 1100 block H Street, 12:57 a.m., miscellaneous, $60.
