Ramona Crime: Copper Wire Theft Costs AT&T $12,000; Vandalism at Samba's Liquor

The following recent incidents were reported at the Ramona Sheriff's Department substation.

Jan. 8
Grand theft of copper, damage to utility lines- Highland Valley Ct. and Highland Valley Road- Victim: AT&T- damage valued at $12,000- 44, 31 and 32-year-old male suspects arrested and booked.

Jan. 10
Petty theft- 24200 block Route 78- aluminum cans valued at $100.

Vandalism- 24100 del Amo Rd- damage to car window valued at $450.

Jan. 13
Petty theft, recovery of stolen property- 400 block 7th St- 29-year-old male booked- valued at $50.

Vandalism- 1200 block Main St- Victim: Samba's Liquor & Deli- $500 damage to building.
