Crime Log: Burglary Takes $10K in Cash From Home

The following incidents from June 18-24 were listed at the Sheriff's Department Ramona substation.

June 18: Simple battery was reported at the 300 block of 7th Street. A 20-year-old man had an apparent minor injury.

June 18: An arrest was made at the 700 block of Main Street. A 44-year-old woman was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.

June 18: A wallet was found at the 1900 block of Main Street.

June 18: Spousal abuse was reported at the 100 block of Ramona Real. A 32-year-old woman was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance and battery on a spouse.

June 18: Stolen vehicle was reported at 200 block of Sawday Street. A $2,000 gold, four-door sedan was taken, along with $1,100 of miscellaneous tools, a wallet and $1,000 in cash..

June 19: Four arrests were made at the 500 block of Main Street. 

-A 34-year-old man was arrested on probable cause of possessing and using a controlled substance.

-A 54-year-old man was arrested on probable cause of possessing and using a controlled substance.

-A 50-year-old woman was arrested on probable cause of possessing and using a controlled substance.

-A 45-year-old man was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.

June 20: An arrest was made at the intersection of Keyes Road and Hanson Lane. A 35-year-old man was arrested on probable cause of selling marijuana.

June 20: An arrest was made at the 1000 block of Main Street. A 24-year-old man was arrested on probable cause of possessing a controlled substance and a felony bench warrant.

June 21: Residential burglary was reported at the 16300 block of Del Amo Court. Food and prescription drugs were reported stolen from a home. A 34-year-old woman was arrested on probable cause of residential burglary, threatening a crime with an intent to terrorize and resisting a peace officer.

June 21: Grand theft was reported at the 25100 block of Kerri Lane. Miscellaneous clothing and other items, totaling $1,000, were reported stolen.

June 22: Vandalism was reported at the 200 block of Main Street. A gold SUV had a reported $800 worth of damage done to it. A 19-year-old man was arrested on probable cause of vandalism and being drunk in public.

June 22: An arrest was made at the 300 block of G Street. A 25-year-old woman was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.

June 22: A citation made at the 800 block of Main Street. A 22-year-old man was cited on probable cause of carrying a switchblade.

June 22: Harassing phone calls were reported at the 700 block of D Street.

June 23: Battery was reported at the 1900 block of Raymond Avenue. 

June 23: Narcotics were found at the 1000 block of Main Street.

June 23: An arrest was made at intersection of Hatfield Lane and East Old Julian Highway. A 36-year-old man was arrested on probable cause of resisting a peace officer.

June 24: Narcotics were found at the 1400 block of Montecito Road

June 24: Residential burglary was reported at the 700 block of 7th Street. $10,000 was reportedly stolen from a home.
