CHP reported a hit and run accident on state Route 67 at Archie Moore Road Tuesday night at 7:22 p.m..
According to the CHP website, the accident involved a person being hit on a bicycle and a victim being transferred to Palomar Hospital.
CHP Officer Brian Pennings told Patch that a man said he was riding a bicycle on SR 67 near Archie Moore Road when he was hit. Pennings said the man rode his bike home and took himself to the hospital, where he reported the incident.
No further information was readily available.
State Route 67 has seen plenty of accidents in the past year, most notably a crash in May that killed four and injured three.
