Medina told Patch that deputies performed a "routine probation search" at a home on the 700 block of F Street Feb. 12. Once there, deputies found methamphetamine and arrested six adults on the following charges:

  • 41-year-old Larry Julio was arrested for probable cause of using a controlled substance and a felony bench warrant.
  • 51-year-old Margaret Hayes was arrested on probable cause of willful cruelty to a child without injury or death, using a controlled substance and possessing unlawful paraphernalia.
  • 44-year-old Dennis Wisham was arrested on probable cause of possessing a contolled substance, using a controlled substance and possessing unlawful paraphernalia.
  • 43-year-old Kevin Frazer was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.
  • 48-year-old LaRee Locken was arrested on probable cause of possessing a controlled substance, using a controlled substance and possessing unlawful paraphernalia.
  • 27-year-old Leonard Locken was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.

Two juveniles, an 8 year old and 17-year-old, were both in the residence. Child Protective Services took the 8-year-old into custody, according to the deputy.

"The juvenile was present where drugs were present and being consumed," Medina said. "Based on the circumstances, CPS determined where the juveniles were in the home in relation to the drugs... They make the determination as to what happens."
