Poll: Should Parents Need Doctor’s Note to Opt Out of School Shots?

Assembly Bill 2109 would make it harder to use personal-belief exemption to avoid vaccinations.

But under Assembly Bill 2109, pending in the state Senate after being OK’d by the Assembly, parents who oppose shots for their kids would have to see a doctor first, and get a signed form saying they were briefed on the risks. Anti-vaccination forces call this a step toward “forced” vaccinations. Where do you stand?
