Though Pagano was a 50 year resident of Southern California, he was born in Pennsylvania. He graduated from Patrick Henry High School and the University of San Diego and spent most of his life in the apparel business—as owner of Pagano West, an apparel manufacturing company in Chula Vista. 

He is survived by his wife, Candace; daughters, Sabrina, Angela, and Kirstyn; sister and brother-in-law Barbara (David) Mills, of Santee; and his mother Lillian of El Cajon.

Born in 1951, Braxtan moved with his Navy family to San Diego when he was young. He enjoyed the country life in Ramona, due to his love of animals and coached his sons in both soccer and baseball in Ramona for nine years.

He will be remembered for his quick wit and sarcasm by his family, which includes his mother, brothers, wife Mary O'Rourke and his four children.

Galik was a Ramona resident and a native of Parkersburg, West Virginia was born along with her identical twin sister Nancy.

Her family remembers her as a dedicated mother and wife who loved to play the nickle slots at Barona Casino and spend time with her husband watching sports.

 

Borrego Springs resident Ferrell Lee Manning, 70, passed away on Jan. 20 in Escondido.

Manning was born in Arkansas. His arrangements are still pending.
