Marie Mercado died Oct. 17 at age 87.
She was a member of Mountain View Community Church in Ramona, enjoyed playing organ, square dancing, and needle crafts.
Marie was born in Terra Haute, IN, and has lived in California for 70 years.
She is survived by her husband Ray, four children, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and siblings.
Ray described Marie as a "loving wife, beloved mother and friend to all."
