Daniel Ray Roberts, Longtime Ramona Resident, Dies at 56

Born in 1957 in Escondido, he lived in Ramona until he was five and returned in 1981 to raise his family.

Daniel Ray Roberts, longtime resident of Ramona, died August 23 due to a bicycling accident, according to a Ramona Sentinel obituary. He was 56. 

Born in 1957 in Escondido, he lived in Ramona until he was five and returned in 1981 to raise his family. Daniel graduated from Christian High School in El Cajon in 1975.

He worked as an electrician and loved sports, from softball to surfing.

Daniel is survived by his wife Tracy, children Brianna and Ryan, his dog Bear and many others.
