Photo Gallery: Christmas in Collier Park

A tree lighting ceremony at Collier Park brought out many to enjoy the season.

It was snowing over at Collier Park in Ramona Saturday night—and Santa was there to enjoy it!

The Ramona Chamber of Commerce's Christmas 20th annual tree lighting event brought out ol' St. Nick, Miss Ramona and plenty of families eager to enjoy the festivities of the night.

Vendors lined the sidewalk of the park, hot food was being served and live entertainment was provided. Even the Grinch showed up!

Kids oohed and aahed at the lit tree in the center of the park and Santa showed off his state-of-the-art sleigh.

The family-friendly event was sponsored by SDG&E, County Parks and Rec, Ramona Disposal Service, Ramona Home Journal, Ramona Parks and Recreation, Ramona Eye Care, Ransom Brother's True Value, Velocity Paintball, Traction Tire and more.

Did you make the event? What was your favorite part? Tell us in the comments!
