Ramona Couple Will Face Trial After Pot Plants Found on Property

According to the U-T, Dennis and Deborah Little have pleaded not guilty to the felony charges.

A judge decided last week that a couple from Ramona who were found illegally growing marijuana in their yard will stand trial, the U-T San Diego reported.

Dennis and Deborah Little face felony charges of illegally growing 29 marijuana plants and possession of marijuana, despite their claims that they were growing the plants for medical use, the publication reported.

The couple lives on an eight-acre lot in Ramona and have a doctor’s recommendation to use medical marijuana for chronic illnesses, the U-T said.
