Duncan Hunter, Friend or Foe?

In the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, was planted a clause that allows the US military the power to grab US citizens from anywhere, including our homes here in the US, and throw us in black prisons forever, no charges needed.  This clause was reviewed and supported by our own Congressman Duncan Hunter, who has stated that he thought this clause was necessary and did not apply to US citizens in country.

I find Mr. Hunter’s position incredulous or even disingenuous, as clearly this clause gives the military draconian power over our citizenry, killing our right to due process.  In the attached article by Chris Hedges, that threat is clearly laid out, and the fact that only Congress can reverse this power grab if the Supreme Court refuses to hear the case against it.   My question to the citizens of the California 50th District is, what will we do about it?  Let Duncan Hunter deliberately kill our rights, and keep reelecting him?

Congress must act to repeal this clause, and Hunter must lead the charge if he holds his oath to be true.  We the people need to make that very clear to Hunter and demand immediate action as a remedy.
