Oh my God!

We don't need our youth thinking because it will get them in trouble!

I saw something the other day that I would have never believed I would see in Ramona. There on the sidewalk was a topless mannequin with a "50% off" sign wearing nothing more than a tight pair of jeans! I suppose that all the good people in Ramona are equally dismayed that our culture has been so corrupted that a topless mannequin is acceptable in broad daylight.  There are many reasons in my book that overt sexuality should not be allowed in public, such as a topless mannequin, but first and foremost it might prove provocative to young people so easily influenced, as we know.

We need to protect our youth from such displays because who knows what they might start thinking, and we don’t want them thinking, after all. That’s why it’s good that the public schools are laying off teachers because they corrupt our youth with ideas that they don’t need to entertain. All is not lost however because just a couple of doors down from the store with the topless mannequin is a pregnancy clinic that might prove necessary if our youth start thinking after viewing the topless mannequin. I do think however that the pregnancy clinic might do better if they handed out contraceptives instead of waiting for the kids to get pregnant. Also, I did not see an American flag in front of the store with the topless mannequin, making me suspicious that there might be some agenda at work to corrupt out youth.  I also didn’t see an American flag in front of the pregnancy clinic, so maybe they too need to be investigated.

Either way I think it’s high time that topless mannequins were banned in Ramona, and I hope that one of the recently formed Ramona groups, which are trying to decide for us how we want to live, would put this issue on their agendas. That way we won’t need to think either, and life will be good.
