Home Sales in the County Drop 11.4 Percent Over Last June

Prices dip 1.6 percent.

Sales of homes in San Diego county dropped 11.4 percent in June compared to June 2010, according to a new report.

La Jolla-based real estate information company MDA Data Quick also reports that prices dipped by 1.6 percent during the same comparison period.

A total of 3,444 homes sold in the county last month at a median price of $330,000, the company reports.
