Apartment Complex on Montecito Road Sells for $2.2M
The Buttonwillow Apartment complex was purchased by BAJC Properties LLC.
The 20-unit Buttonwillow Apartments complex that sits at 1528 Montecito Rd. in Ramona has been sold for $2.2 million, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.
BAJC Properties LLC, a California limited liability company, purchased the apartments for about $132.72-per-square-foot, the Daily Transcript reported.
The Buttonwillow Apartments cover about 16,576 square feet and were built in 1979.

The Daily Transcript reported that the purchase was financed with a loan of $1.54 million from JPMorgan Chase Bank.
