Battle of the Bands

Ramona Mainstage is presenting its first "Battle of the Bands" competition, which features a first-place prize package that is valued at $4,000.

The prize package is designed to help the winning band polish its image, become more business savvy and learn how to successfully promote itself, according to owner Orrin Day.

Among the services the band will receive are a song professionally recorded by Angelo Arcuri, a Grammy Award-nominated engineer;  a photo shoot with Rick Gould; consultations with an entertainment stylist, music business manager, tour manager, attorney and music supervisor; and performing in an opening slot for a national act booked at Ramona Mainstage.
