Moo-ve Slowly: Cows Reportedly Back on Wildcat Canyon Road

The cows are back.

That's what residents are reporting on the San Diego Country Estates Neighborhood Watch Facebook page, according to the administrator of the group, Jamie Glenn.

According to Glenn, the herd of cows is back on Wildcat Canyon Road after being absent since the Cedar Fire in 2003.

One resident reported on the group's Facebook page that a woman driving in front of her came around a corner and encountered two cows in the middle of the road, causing her to brake sharply.

Glenn said he wanted to warn residents that may be driving up and down the winding Wildcat Canyon Road that cows are present and to cautiously drive the road.
