SDSU Offers Dynamic Wine and Food Pairing Course

SDSU’s College of Extended Studies will offer its “Dynamic Wine and Food Pairing” course Saturday, May 31 from 9 am-4:30 pm as part of its Professional Certificate in the Business of Wine program that is designed to prepare students for success in wine-related occupations.

In this course, students taste their way through wines from all countries, exploring red, white, sparkling, and dessert varietals. As part of the class, they taste and describe the wines separate from the food.
