D'Carlos is offering a special Valentine's Day meal of prime rib and skewered shrimp, with a stuffed mushrooms appetizer and free eclairs for dessert, for $32.95 per couple. This will be served all day, 11am to 9pm. They are also adding meat lasagne and Florentine ravioli to their menu that day.

Nuevo Grill and Cantina will provide complimentary champagne with their Sweetheart Menu, which includes "surf and turf" fajitas. Call 760-789-2801 for price and times.

Oaks Grille, San Vicente Golf Resort: Chef Ben is offering Sweetheart Menu options including lobster, scallops, filet mignon and lamb on Tuesday night, 5 to 9 p.m., starting at $28. See the attached PDF of the menu.

Packards Coffee Shop will feature Ramona harpist Jose Smith from 5 to 7 p.m. on Valentine's Day, playing classical music. He'll also play accordion.

Ramona Cafe will offer rib eye steak or chicken cordon blue, with potato, vegetable or salad, with chocolate fudge brownie a la mode, from 5 to 8 p.m., $17.99. per person.

TL & Associates will hand out free balloons on Valentine's Day. People are invited to stop by their office at 780 Main St.
